Nick Ieraci is a serial entrepreneur with a business career spanning over 40 years, having worked in both public and private companies. In addition to his most recent work as a business consultant, Nick has served as Entrepreneur in Residence and Canadian Regional Partner with Merieux Equity Partners, a venture and growth capital fund based in Lyon, France. Previously, he led several companies across various sectors, including senior healthcare facilities, nuclear medicine, manufacturing, and distribution of consumer products. Nick also spent 13 years as Senior VP and management consultant to pension funds and institutional clients, advising on the acquisition and disposition of commercial real estate investments.

Nick holds a BA in Psychology/Business from Concordia University in Montreal, Canada, and an MBA in Biotechnology & Pharmaceutical Management from GEM (Grenoble Ecole de Management) in Grenoble, France. He has published several articles on the funding of biotech companies.
